Welcome 2016 and new blog name!

Ahoy everyone! It's been 2 years since my last post. :(
You might have noticed, my blog's name changed and is now "My Life as a Pirate" as of today because...I'm not a teenager anymore! Not a teenage pirate but a full pirate! xD

Anyway, a lot has happened in these 2 years and the last time I logged in to YPP was on March 2013. I missed playing so I decided to sneak a peek and logged in (while bf beside was just clueless about the game xD) on Dec. 29, 2015 to Jan. 2, 2016. Wow, it's 2016 now! 
Time flies by too fast! And everyone in the crew are dormant. D:

I logged in to find that I was a penguin! Turns out that there was an event of penguins VS seals? But I saw people at the inns that had pirate forms so I asked how to be a pirate again because I didn't want to be a penguin. xP

There were a lot of changes in the game with Kraken Hunt added as another SMH and I decided to join one after the IO spree. I had no idea what you do at a KH so I was confused at first but understood it after a while. There, I met Superpants and saw him at the poker table after the KH.

And as always, my pirate life is never complete without people talking about my name. 
Now that I think about it, why did I even name my pirate like this? I have no clue! I would like to ask my self from 8 years ago but alas, I can't! It will forever remain a mystery...

I don't really play poker much, but when I do, I always cash out with no money. HAHA! But miraculously, I won some 20k in total (from 2k) at poker this week. I also won a few times at hearts and treasure drop too. ^_^v

The next day I went to another IO spree on a WB. Because there's only a few people it's pretty hard to fill ships these days. Even the sloops for KH won't get filled. xC But it's the new year's so it's understandable why the population was like this:

But despite the low population, I saw there were still...violent interesting people online. 

Anyway, there was a familiar tournament for overall scores in puzzling last week, and I placed 2nd in DNav...but fell down to 4th place at the last few minutes. xD But I still got 4th place and a few furniture! 
I was also able to mem a few routes down further into the late-Malachite ocean. God, there are a lot of outpost islands so I can only mem a few routes with the navy, but after that I have to go out on my own ship! D:

And this ends my YPP week! The next time I'll be able to log in would be from February...

3-Day Exclusive!

Woot! First post for 2013! Guess what, on the 12th, 13th an today the 14th, I played YPP! xD 3 days straight, dude! And on the 13th, I stayed up until 4:30AM to earn a little in the blockade. I was so drowsy that I kept booching carp though so I decided to sleep then. X_X

Err...I really wanted to post about these 3 days separately but since I don't remember much of the 12th anymore, I'm just going to write one post.

Nothing much happened on the 12th. I was about to start memming when Boote logged in with her cousin Casanovajoe and they joined me. The memming session turned to a pilly and David and his GF (no, not Grand Frigate, it wouldn't fit on my sloop!) also hopped in. We kept losing because of my awful bnavving skills but Boote saved the day when she bought a new Captain's Badge and took on the helm.

On the 13th, this is what greeted me upon logging in:

Then he asked me to job him but he didn't know I was aboard a ship so he was forced to quit poker (?) and hop aboard my vessel. So I planked him as requested. HARD.

As you all know by now, the oceans have merged, which means there will be more routes for me to memorize. I tried memming Flyaway Island to Oasis Island but THOSE FREAKINGLY ANNOYING BRIGANDS WERE TARGETING AND COMING AFTER ME! ;A;

So I decided to postpone for now and just fool around with (my) newly-discovered pets. I saw a seal crawling around the sand and snow (yuck! xD) of Fintan but I couldn't take a screenshot because it escaped too fast. After getting bored, I carped at a blockade at Polaris Point and it was kinda disappointing that it was low-paying and I didn't earn much, but I guess it can't be helped. The players are declining and with it is also YPP's awesomeness. BUT DUDE! YOU KNOW WHAT! I beat my own record at carpentry! A few years ago, I was able to execute a Masterpiece14 but yesterday, I got Masterpiece15!

I know you might be thinking 14 and 15 are close BUT! This means a lot to me! /me hugs the hammer I always use for carpentry. When the blockade was over, I saw a master+ BK hunt pillage and joined them. We won and got these:

 

Ahh~ feels good! Although I'm thinking that the worth of meeting the BKs and getting these trinkets are lower now compared to a few years ago. There's that thrill when you hunt for them and surprise when you randomly attack a red-ringed ship only to find out it was a BK. xD But anyway, enough of the drama.

Like I said, I stayed up late to be able to work my booty off at the blockade but while waiting, I strolled around some islands looking at furniture and clothes, just to catch up with everything I've missed when I was on hiatus. What surprised me though, was not the new clothes but the prices of clothes at a certain tailor shop in Terra called Vic Terra's Secret. xD

New Atlantean Helmets were being sold for 3,500 PoE and the good ones for 2k! Also, new Qing Hats and Samuari Hats were being sold for 10k while new Cursed Isle masks for 15k! The tops and bottoms which had atlantean, indigo and other special colors were being sold at about 3k even when they were brand new. DOESN'T THAT SOUND RIDICULOUS?! But I was very happy (and lucky!) to find that shop. Since I earned a little at the Polaris Point blockade, I decided to have an outfit change and bought a Qing Hat and...a new top (forgot the name xD)!

Don't I look GOHHJIAAAZ?! Ren is even bowing down to my high and mighty angelic presence!

But now, AMBROKE! D: Then, that richy richy poo by the name of David told me he cashed out of poker with some 2 million PoE and that he was actually poor. MEH! xP
So I asked him to buy me a SMH badge (so I can earn more moneh!) and he told me that he will if I will say please:

And guess what! He DID give me 5 dubs for SMH badge! T___T Such a kind gentleman he is. /me sobs heavily on a handkerchief.
So to repay (?) him, I stalked him and gave him a potato stamp trinket (no, don't ask why) with a message from yours truly. I didn't take a screenshot before giving it to him though. D:
Then, the spiky-haired Mister showed me his awesome hair and how it looks funny when he wears a bandana so I bought him a red bandana at Terra and made him wear it:

I dunno when I'll be able to log in next but I'll be sure to do before April starts. I'll have to move to another city and say goodbye to this computer. Although I've got a laptop that I will bring with me, I dunno yet if I can play YPP because I don't have an idea how to connect to the internet and the damn thing doesn't have a mouse. (Which means I wouldn't be able to carp.)

October Resurrection

This happened recently...or liek, last month. XD I think this was while I was playing Hearts. I had NO CLUE what they were talking about. They were probably just butthurt that I had 0 while they had 10 ~ 20 (scores).

I had a 5-day break from school which started on the 1st so here I am resurrecting my YPP character! 
Since I've noticed that my bravery badge is gonna run out soon, I've decided to go to some HS which was navved by Laney. And dude was she annoying.

She kept on babbling nonsense taunting (to the ghost ships) instead of focusing on the wheel. (That was the reason why she kept on bumping rocks and doing stupid moves.) She always made a big deal when someone leaves and again, babbles some nonsense. 
So I left her lame HS and decided to go to Henkieen's CI. At first, the members were 6 girls + 1 guy but when he left, a girl replaced him and the CI turned to:



CHICK CI! XD And well...you can say we kinda failed. We couldn't beat the Homo even after we tried for 3 times. 
And yeah, while I was in CI, David kept on bugging me! XD



We decided to prot and I got some old clothes.  After the CI, I've decided to try my luck in Poker. I went to the 200-2k tables and cashed in with 1k and left with 5k! Yippee! I had 2 straights but then lost almost everything when a miracle happened and I got my winnings back! That was a really lucky day. I usually don't win in Poker. XD

I'm back again! 2 Atlantis runs and 1 HS was on at the time I logged in and I was having second thoughts at which Atlantis I should join: Billy or Staycr. But I decided to go with Staycr and had a great 1 hour carping when we suddenly sunk.  Yes, yes. Of course it was because of the lazers and lack of people online. (I think everyone was Trick-or-Treating or something? XD)

Billy was still jobbing when we sank and I thought that many people might come to his SMH so I've decided to go there. Unfortunately, we were still stuck with 20 people even when we were sailing to the SMH point. Usually, I'm a patient person and I don't leave Billy's SMH runs but Amber was doing what she was best at (i.e. Being rude to people. A green person, on that day.) again which pissed me off so I left.

Then, Staycr started an HS and it was OSM! We had a lot of fun and we were near sinking again but we were saved and were able to port! I only got 10k and nothing more. 
No old clothes,no trinkets. 

I finally got my first ghost! LOL. On my very first HS, I didn't have a ghost so I was delighted when mine was able to survive to the top 3. Lulz.

A little more lower and you would have gotten "hell".

Real update. XP

So...I'm sorry about the stupid entry before. I was a bit emo-ish and really wasn't in the mood to write stuff. I'm better now though but I still won't be logging in because I have exams on the 9th, 10th and 11th and this is the last time I'm going to use the computer! I won't be using it until 12th. XD

So...I can't remember when anymore but last week, I *tried* going to CI with Harry, Ace, Red and some random jobbers. For some unknown (and VERY unexpected!) reason, the computer was, again, lagging. I'm the Lag Queen of the crew. u_u

After I logged back in, Ace was liek "All yer fault SJ" and Harry was liek..."I wouldn't mind if you don't join when we re-enter". So after we got out from CI, I sneakily paid Harry 5k (like I always do when I lag on his CI T_T) and immediately logged off without saying goodbye.

I got all emo-ish, cried and listened to some emo songs. @_@ Crazy, I know. That also explains why Christina Aguilera's "I Got Trouble" lyrics on my previous entry.

Anyway! Enough about the stupid ramblings and on we go with the HAPPY HAPPY FUN stuff! I couldn't resist not staying in YPP so after a few hours, I logged back in only to find that Harry was going for Vargas' flotilla on his alt.

Because of my SUPAR SPYING SKILLZ!, I was able to spy them without them figuring out it was me. n_n Red logged off when just when I jobbed for them so she didn't see me. XD

We were able to sink one ship (yes, that trapped green ship ovar thar) but sank after that because the bigger green ships ganged up on us. AND! I saw something I doubt I would never see for a 2nd time in my YPP life anymore: A new green ship magically appeared on the board and here is our reaction:



The freakin ship just popped outta nowhere! @_@ It was freaky and hilarious at the same time!

Boote, Ryu and Harry were talking about blockading and stuff.

Err...when we were still sailing to the league point of the flotilla, I was carping with Ryu (who was sporting a very cool CI mask) and other jobbers. I decided I should act like a greenie and shouted at the ship, "hus dat scary persn at carp!!!" XD Everyone just ignored me though. :/

And guys! I'm sure you've seen this too but we are ranked #41 in the crew fame! <3 I'm keeping this screenshot as a remembrance. ^_^

Hilarious day! :D

So, yesterday after getting home from badminton practice, I tried memming but then foraged 5 Jade gems so I decided to change plans. While I was moving the gems, I suddenly spotted an orange merchant so I attacked it and I won! WOOT!

It's my first time winning against a merchant. And guess what I got? 11 bloody pineapples! 

So today, I went to CI and...it was normal. I didn't get anything special since the other foragers suck. :/ I got 2 frenetics! ^_^ After the CI, I helped Ryu with his WF SMH and since I was in a very good and angelic mood, I was being helpful to the jobbers and stuff. So then, a new hearty of mine said this:



Before he said that, he heartied me without saying anything to me so I got kinda mad and decided I'll just remove him later. But since he said something nice, I guess I won't remove him. XD

Ryu and Blue had been waiting for an hour to fill the WF but we only got about 26 jobbers so I then decided to be like those rich people from Atlantis and blockades and decided to hold a quiz contest!

Eh, Harry got the correct answers for like...3 times. He's my new stalker. :( Lulz. Harry was once a crewbie, many of you may know. But he recently made his own crew so he's not a crewbie anymore.

Blue also got the correct answers for the questions "What's my favorite sport?" and "Who's my favorite singer?" (Answer is tennis and Christina Aguilera. Now, you may wonder why I'm on a badminton club. That's because my school doesn't have a tennis club and badminton is one of my favorites too. Lulz.)

But since he's a crewbie, he didn't the poe. XP

Other winners were Xuidoper (2 times, my joined date and my favorite vegetable), Carafe (favorite instrument) and Kavii (favorite fruit). I had so much fun. ^_^

After the Atlantis, I got bored and was so sleepy! Then, Ryu wanted to move his Passion Fruits so I decided to help him BUT! I kept lagging during the last 3 battles so I just decided to stop playing and go do something productive IRL. XP Sorry Ryu!

VEEERY late post.

This post was meant for April 8 and 11 but since I'm SO (and I mean SO) busy with high school these days, I can't even touch the computer. :/ But don't worry, we'll meet each other on Sunday! T_T

So on April 8, Blue entered another event blockade. While we were jobbing, THIS happened:



XD This was so hilarious! At first, I was in Blue's ship but then Boote said she needed me and I proceeded to go to her ship.



Then, we entered and a sloop from Imperial Coalition came in and damaged Boote's ship really bad. Blue sank them though. :D

I had to go to the high school ceremony blah blah after this and the result of this event blockade was we lost. :/

I don't know what day this one happened but it was when I entered a drinking tournament and my opponent forfeited. I wondered why but found out soon when Shizzle told me. XD

David and Boote's pillow (bed?) fight from a looong looong time. Probably at the end of March?

On April 11, David was being creepy. D: He kept on targetting my pegleg, creeping me out by telling me something through Boote, feeding my pegleg to the sharks and stuff. D:



There was this time when Dem became a creeper too. XD I dun remember the details anymore though. :( This one was probably on April 11 too, when I was pillying with Blue. You guys know that Blue has this "Put everything you can in your pockets" (or something like that) chat shortcut, right? XD

And uhh...while I was memming in Saturday, I stepped foot on Kuhio for a while and Boote and I was talking about how Kuhio looked. You see, Kuhio was used as the island for the Vampirates event last November. But Boote...interpreted what I said in a wrong way so I want to show her this.

Today, I went to view the Imperial Class WF! It's not that different from the Cupid Class and is not really cool. :( BUT! THIS is cool. Ehehe...it's the jail!

Dem logged in (with Harry beside him) and I got confuzzled on who was talking/typing. X_X Harry was teaching Dem how to bnav. We couldn't get jobbers since my bnav standing is low so I just decided to use multiple clients.

Which failed really bad and I had MAJOR lag that I have never experienced before. X_X I got back about...10 minutes later. XD



For some reason, the ship went flying on the direction of the wind and we bumped rocks! XD I was like "o_O ROFL!" especially when Dem said it was Harry! O RLY?

After they logged off for "tea time", I pillaged by myself and got 2 expos. :P After that, Abyd logged in and fought 2 battles with me and even gave me A NEW NICKNAME!
